Q: Why are the product page items blank?

A: Items are made to order, so they are painted after purchase. Most orders request different designs, and thus the clothing is shown on the website as blank bases.

Q: Can I wash the tee/sweatshirt/hoodie?

A: Our paint is flexible and meant for fabric, so you can certainly wash the clothing pieces (on cold setting). A care card also comes with each order to allow for the optimal treatment of each design.

Q: Does IRUYIL ship internationally?

A: At the moment, there is no international shipping. As the shop grows, we hope to update this.

Q: Does IRUYIL carry XL?

A: We are looking to expand our size ranges to accommodate more people soon. This may take place in the next restock.

Q: Where is my order?

A: All orders are shipped through USPS. Since painting orders takes >10 hours per custom, please allow some time for your piece to be completed.
